Description
Serrano ham is the ham Spaniards eat daily — and this is the version with a protected designation of origin. D.O.P. Jamón de Teruel comes from the Matarraña valley: salted and cured for a minimum of 15 months in Monroyo, at over 900 metres of altitude. Sliced and vacuum-packed — one 100g pack per order. Take it out of the fridge 20 minutes before serving — that is all it needs. Leaner and saltier than Ibérico, this is where Spanish ham starts.
Ingredients
Pork hind leg (approved under the criteria of the D.O.P. regulatory board), salt, sugar, acidity regulator (E-331iii), preservatives (E-250, E-252), antioxidants (E-300, E-301).
