OUR PRODUCER

Aceitunas Bravo

Andalucía, Spain

Rooted in the olive groves of southern Spain, Aceitunas Bravo selects, seasons and jars its olives the traditional Andalusian way — letting time, herbs and hand-craft do the work, just as it has always been done.

The finger-licking aliño

The Marinade

These olives take their name — chupadedos, ‘finger-licker’ — from the bold marinade they rest in. A generous blend of garlic, herbs and spices works its way into every olive, building a flavour that is deeper and more moreish than any ordinary table olive.

The Raw Ingredient

It starts with firm, sound green olives, chosen for their ability to carry a bold marinade without losing their bite. From there, it is all about the seasoning — layered, aromatic and unmistakably Spanish.

Perfect Pairings

With its bold, layered marinade, this olive can stand up to more — from a chilled fino to a fruity, dry rosado.

  • Fino Sherry — Dry and saline, cutting cleanly through the marinade.
  • Dry Rosado (Navarra) — Fresh red fruit that plays off the spiced dressing.
  • Verdejo (Rueda) — Herbal and zesty, matching the aromatic seasoning.

Andalucía, Spain

The Land

Under the southern sun, endless silver-green groves roll across the hills of Andalucía — the largest olive-growing region on earth. Its warm days, mild winters and ancient soils give these olives their firm flesh and deep, sun-ripened flavour.
