Description
The 100% acorn-fed Iberian salchichón is a blend of carefully selected meats from acorn-fed Iberian pigs, raised freely in the countryside and fed on acorns. The 100g are hand-carved and vacuum-packed for the most convenient consumption. It is cured with natural ingredients: salt and ground black pepper, following the traditional recipe.
Ingredients
Lean acorn-fed Ibérico pork, salt, sugars (lactose, dextrose, sugar), spices, dextrin, stabilisers (E-450i, E-451i), antioxidant (E-316), preservatives (E-250, E-252), colour (E-120), Jerez wine, garlic. Natural pork casing.
