Roasted Vegetable Pâtés

Crafted in the small village of Alacón (Teruel, Spain), these artisanal pâtés are made with roasted Mediterranean vegetables and extra virgin olive oil from Mi Olivo, awarded Best Olive Oil of Bajo Aragón in 2020, 2022, and 2024.

Each recipe is prepared by hand, following traditional methods that preserve the authentic flavour and natural texture of every ingredient. These pâtés are part of the Apadrina un Olivo social project a remarkable initiative that fights rural depopulation by recovering abandoned olive groves, creating local employment, and bringing back the genuine taste of our land.
